4. Service Terms

Violet Unlimited provides website design, development, and digital marketing services as described on our website.
Service timelines and results may vary depending on project scope and client cooperation. All quotations, proposals, or contracts will include specific terms for each project.

4.1 Website Development Ownership & Access

• Clients are free to purchase their domain and hosting from any provider of their choice.

• We may give suggestions if asked, but we do not recommend or enforce any particular hosting company.

• All domain names, hosting accounts, cPanel access, and admin panels are purchased in the client’s name, and the client remains the 100% owner of all assets.

4.2 Support & AMC Policy

• After the website is delivered, we provide 1 month of technical support for website-related issues.

• After 1 month:

  • Server / Hosting / Domain / Email issues → must be handled directly with the hosting provider.

  • Technical or website issues → the client is free to hire any developer. If the client wants us to resolve them, standard charges will apply.

• We do not charge any AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract).

• Any service after the 1-month support period will be chargeable.

5. Limitation of Liability

Violet Unlimited will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website, services, or reliance on any information provided, except as required by applicable law.

6. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate and complete information while contacting or engaging our services.
Users must not upload harmful files or engage in activities that disrupt website or service functionality.

7. Links to External Websites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. Violet Unlimited is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those external sites.

8. Modification & Termination

Violet Unlimited reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Madhya Pradesh, India.

9. Payments & Refund Policy

Before starting any website development work, the client must pay either 50% or 100% of the agreed project amount, as mutually decided. Since website development is a service-based project, all payments made are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued after work has begun. Any third-party products purchased on behalf of the client—such as domain, hosting, themes, plugins, software, or licences—are also non-refundable as per their respective provider policies.

Any additional, goodwill-based adjustments or partial considerations (if any) will be purely at the discretion of Violet Unlimited and are not guaranteed under any circumstances.
